The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. the room was spacious and clean with modern decor, and the bathroom had all essential amenities. the self, check, in process was smooth and hassle, free. the hotel had a good selection of breakfast and the staff was friendly. the view from the balcony was breathtaking.
The lack of response from the hotel management during a crisis situation left a negative impression.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel. It was spotless, both inside and out. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to transportation and nearby parking.

the reservation process seemed to be simple and straightforward.

The hotel offered easy self-check-in process with a code given via email, making it convenient for late-night arrivals. the location was central and within walking distance to key attractions, which was a plus. Another advantage was the availability of extra amenities like wifi, air conditioning, and private bathrooms.
My experience was not ideal, as there was a mix-up with my room and I found another guest already occupying it upon arrival. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, there was no response to resolve the issue, leading to an uncomfortable and sleepless night.
